The 4700 AC Watt Meter Calibration System consists of two chassis. It provides independent control of voltage amplitude, current amplitude, phase angle (power factor), frequency and disk revolution count.  The 4700 System can be remotely programmed over the GPIB Bus or it can be operated manually via front panel controls.  This is a direct, controlled calibration procedure which is preferred to the substitution method or the "existing power" comparison technique. It provides calibrated inputs with minimal, controlled distortion.
