Parameter Generation and Control (PGC) manufactures pharmaceutical stability rooms and chambers for the storage of products that require environmental conditions that must adhere to ICH guidelines.
We offer a complete stability package:
- We manufacture your room or chamber to operate at any ICH condition including: 25°C/60% RH, 30°C/75% RH, 30°C/65% RH, 40°C/75% RH, and 5°.
- Complete installation on site anywhere in the world.
- Validation packages (IQ, OQ, PQ) utilizing state of the art mapping systems.
- 21 CFR part 11 compliant monitoring systems.
- Calibration and PM contracts.
Extremely precise control and uniformity within the room or chamber allows for the customer to easily validate at the targeted position.
Our unique dew point control systems utilize much less energy than other stability control systems.
Our systems do not utilize maintenance intensive boilers and steam injectors that require high purity water.
