...low leakage currents to 1 femtoampere (fA) or less. There are three main types of electrometers: vibrating reed, valve, and solid-state. Vibrating-reed electrometers contain a variable capacitor and a fixed-input electrode. As the capacitance varies... Search by Specification | Learn More
Reed switches are magnetically actuated switches. They are typically manufactured with two ferromagnetic reeds (contact blades), which are sealed in a glass capsule. In the presence of a magnet, the blades (contacts) close. Search by Specification | Learn More
Reed relays are electrically-operated switching devices that consist of two thin, magnetic strips (reeds) encapsulated in a glass envelope. They are used to switch industrial components such as solenoids, contactors and starter motors. Search by Specification | Learn More
Sound level meters and noise dosimeters are used in sound and noise analysis. Applications include industrial safety, traffic noise studies, and scientific noise measurement. Search by Specification | Learn More
Industrial vibrators use rotary or linear motion to provide consistent vibration for laboratory and industrial shakers, screeners and classifiers, and bins and hoppers. They are powered by an electric motor, pneumatic pistons, or hydraulic fluid. Search by Specification | Learn More
Vibratory tables are table assemblies that are shaken by a vibrator and it is mainly used for fatigue testing, concrete casting, breaking apart, or compaction of media or packaging. Vibratory tables are also known as vibrating tables Search by Specification | Learn More
...capacitive / RF admittance, air bubbler, mechanical / magnetic floats, rotation paddle, radio frequency, and vibrating / tuning fork. These level measurements are indicated by deactuating or actuating an electromechanical switch such as a reed... Search by Specification | Learn More
Impactors and rappers, bin activators, shakers, vibrators, vibrating bottoms or other mechanical activators are used to break arches or bridges and allow gravity assisted flow to occur. Impactors use a sledgehammer type action to keep materials... Search by Specification | Learn More
Switches are used to allow electric current to flow when closed. When opened, they prevent current flow. Common switch types include pushbutton, rocker, toggle, rotary coded DIP, rotary DIP, key lock, slide, snap action, and reed. Search by Specification | Learn More
...reed relays or air as the dielectric. Hermetically sealed devices feature an airtight seal that prevents contamination. Intrinsically safe (IS) relays are incapable of releasing sufficient electrical or thermal energy under normal or abnormal... Search by Specification | Learn More
...available for electromechanical relays include general-purpose relay, machine control or heavy-duty relay, reed relay, and aerospace or MIL-Spec relay. General-purpose relays operate with AC or DC current, at common voltages and they can control... Search by Specification | Learn More
Bulk materials loaders and unloaders are used to fill and remove powders, granular substances and other bulk solids from bags, bins, boxes, carts, drums, hoppers, railcars, trucks, and silos. They often include solids feeders and break down clumps or arches to allow for the more uniform distribution of bulk materials. Search by Specification | Learn More
...specifications include switch type, which may be electro-mechanical or solid-state switches. Electro-mechanical flow switches use mechanical contacts like relays and reed switches. Solid-state switches use electronic switches with no moving parts... Search by Specification | Learn More
Parts feeders are machines that orient parts so that robots or other automated processes can capture and use or package the parts or components. Search by Specification | Learn More
Volumetric gas flow switches are devices with a switch output used for measuring the flow or quantity of a moving gas in terms of a unit of volume per unit time, such as cubic feet per minute. Search by Specification | Learn More

Reed Switches: Hasco Components Int'l Corp., offers its reed switches for applications in liquid level sensors, proximity sensors, automotive, security, or for basic on off needs where a regular mechanical switch will not work. Reed switches have an advantage being sealed in glass in an inert gas. This means things like contact resistance and outside environmental issues do not come into play. (read more)
A reed switch consists of two ferromagnetic and specially shaped contact blades (reeds) positioned in a hermetically sealed glass tube with a gap between them and in a protective atmosphere. (read more)
With more than 30 years of experience in the vibrator equipment industry, Deca Industries provides high performance, cost effective solutions to material flow problems. Deca's line of high quality High Frequency Vibrators are compact and lightweight, and can be mounted where material settling or levelling problems occur. (read more)
Deca's ST Series Floor Mounted Vibration Test Table is designed for quality assurance testing of electronic components and subassemblies on an individual basis or in a production line as an integral part of the manufacturing process.
