Cocker-Weber produces end brushes that are smaller and used for reaching into cracks, crevices or odd shaped spaces. End brushes excel where a small space must be worked on. Cocker-Weber Brush Company does not produce heavy wire cup and end brushes. Rather, we specialize in softer bristle cup and end brushes for polishing and cleaning (read more)
Our unique silicone-epoxy copolymer is widely used to successfully address the problem of cracking during thermal cycle stress. This material also exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to most substrates. In a number of instances, this family of copolymers was the only material passing all test parameters. (read more)
The MIZ27CT is a powerful and versaile eddy current tester, with multi channel design for hardness and flaw detection. (read more)
HIT-RE 500-SD offers the designer a strength design solution in compliance with the latest building codes for adhesive anchors. HIT-RE 500-SD supports threaded rod and rebar dowelling applications in all seismic design categories under the 2003 and 2006 International Building Code® (IBC). Designers have the flexibility of designing adhesive anchor and rebar installations in solid concrete.. (read more)
The ALTRA® Composite System (ACS) is an engineered insulation system that eliminates the traditional problems of excessive shrinkage, stress-cracking, and roof-sagging that often cause failure of high-temperature ceramic fiberboard insulation in furnaces and kilns. The ACS design can be used in laboratory and industrial furnace applications at up to 1800°C (read more)

Kleiss Gears has developed its own system for gear shrinkage measurement, employing a scanning Coordinate Measurement Machine with combined and integrated probe and vision capability. (read more)
Shot peening is a cold working process in which the surface of a metal part is bombarded with small spherical media called shot. Each piece of shot striking the metal acts as a tiny peening hammer imparting a small indentation or dimple on the surface. In order for the dimple to be created, the surface layer of the metal must yield in tension. (read more)
Magnetic particle testing is done by inducing a magnetic field in a ferro-magnetic material and dusting the surface with iron particles (either dry or suspended in a liquid). Surface imperfections will allow the magnetic field to leak out of the part, distort the magnetic field and concentrate the iron particles near imperfections, thus indicating their presence.
