Greatly reduces motor failures. Limits the magnitude of voltage spikes to levels below 1000 V. (read more)
If, after a thorough evaluation, it is found that the ball screw cannot be reloaded due to pitting, brinneling, and/or damage to interior or exterior of unit; then the unit could be refurbished by manufacturing a new ball nut and regrinding the existing screw to remove pitting and taper. (read more)
The ball screw assembly is cleaned, straightened, and evaluated. Visual and physical inspections of the unit are performed to determine if the unit is re-loadable. The unit is reloaded with new balls, tested, and inspected to ensure the unit is repaired to "like-new" operating characteristics. Many Fadal screws are in stock and ready to ship. (read more)
Chemically Assisted Surface Engineering, or CASE sm, is a two-stage process developed by Metal Improvement Company to extend a component's surface fatigue life beyond that provided by shot peening alone. (read more)
Circulation Heaters consist of Screw Plug or Flanged Immersion Heaters, depending on kilowatt rating and size, mated to a pressure vessel. All welded joints on the vessel and heater are hydrostatic pressure tested. Mounting brackets provide easy and quick installation. (read more)
Centryco's Helically wound spring guards made of various metals provide long life and maximum protection for your rods, shafts, splines, and screws. (read more)
